Kit is Community Manager of the Philippine Web Designers Organization. She works hand in hand with the team lead to ensure everything is in place. She will also handle the registration on the day of the event.

Working closely with the team lead in overseeing the entire planning.  Handles food in terms of scouting vendors and making sure we eat on time during lunch and snack time at the conf.

Handles the recruiting, training, organizing and managing the team of volunteers as well as the swag preparation and logistics.

Handles the WordPress side of the website as well as registration.

Responsible for procuring relevant and exciting sponsors. Also responsible for outlining the benefits, and making sure we get swag from them if any.

Responsible for sifting through speaker sign-ups and making sure we have relevant and awesome talks at the WordCamp. This team also makes sure that speakers have what they need during the conference.
